The People's Government of Shandong Province issued the "Implementation Plan for Promoting the Upgrading and High-quality Development of the Service Industry", which proposes that by 2030, the scale of the province's service industry will grow, its structure will be optimized, and its level of capability will rise, taking high-quality development to a new level. The added value will reach 7.2 trillion yuan, with an average annual growth rate of over 5.2%. The total and incremental proportions of the national service industry will steadily increase, making a greater contribution to better play the role of the economic powerhouse.
