Nasdaq Technology ETF by Invesco: Secondary market trading price premium, halted and resumed trading on June 1st.

Nasdaq Technology ETF announced that the recent secondary market trading price of the fund is significantly higher than the reference net asset value of the fund shares. The closing price on May 29, 2026 was 2.710 yuan, while the reference net asset value of the fund shares at the closing time was 2.2932 yuan. In order to protect the interests of investors, the fund will be suspended from trading starting on June 1, and trading will resume at 10:30. Redemption business will be processed as usual during the suspension period. If the premium on June 1 does not effectively fall back, the fund has the right to take relevant suspension measures.
