Kodali announcement, from August 20, 2025 to May 25, 2026, due to the exercise of stock options by the incentive objects of the 2022 stock option incentive plan and the conversion of "Ke Li convertible bonds", the total share capital of the company increased from 273,535,293 shares to 277,958,806 shares. The number of shares held by the controlling shareholders Li Jianli and Li Jianju remains unchanged, and the total shareholding ratio has been diluted passively from 37.35% to 36.75%, with a passive dilution ratio of 0.60%, of which Li Jianli's passive dilution is 0.45% and Li Jianju's passive dilution is 0.15%.
