New international route "Dalian-Middle East" container shipping route opens.

On May 26th, the inaugural ceremony of the "Dalian-Middle East" container ocean shipping route was held at Dalian Container Terminal, officially opening a new maritime freight passage connecting Northeast China with the Middle East region. The opening of this new route not only fills the gap of direct shipping routes from Dalian Port to the Middle East region, but also enhances the direct shipping service capabilities from Northeast China to India and Pakistan. It is understood that the "Dalian-Middle East" container ocean shipping route was opened by Liaogang Group and the world's largest container shipping company, Mediterranean Shipping Company, and plans to deploy 8 ships of 20,000 to 24,000 TEU container vessels, directly reaching major ports in India, Pakistan, UAE, Oman, and other Middle Eastern countries. The travel time is at least 10 days faster than traditional transit routes, significantly reducing the comprehensive logistics costs of international trade.
