This guarantee is within the annual guarantee authorization limit and does not require separate approval. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, the company's actual guarantee balance for its controlling subsidiary is 257.50 million yuan, accounting for 6.38% of the audited net assets for 2025, with no overdue guarantee situations.
