Wisdom Capital News APP, Guoyin Jinzu (01606.HK) announced that the company, as lessor, entered into several financial leasing contracts with lessees (Fangchenggang Genzhuping New Energy Co., Ltd., Fangchenggang Weixi Wind Power Co., Ltd.) on May 25, 2026, Under the agreements, the lessor purchased leasing assets from the lessees for a total consideration of RMB 1.8 billion, and agreed to lease the leasing assets to the lessees for a lease term of 204 months. The leasing assets are wind power generation equipment and related facilities located in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China.
