Bank of Communications Announcement: With the approval of the relevant regulatory authorities, our bank has issued the "Bank of Communications Limited Company 2026 First Tranche Perpetual Capital Bonds" in the national interbank bond market, and it was fully issued on May 25, 2026. The issuance size of this bond is 40 billion RMB, with a fixed coupon rate of 1.94% for the first 5 years, adjusted every 5 years thereafter, and the issuer has the conditional redemption right after the 5th year and on each subsequent interest payment date.
