Zhu Guiying applied to resign from the position of Chief Financial Officer due to personal reasons and will no longer hold any position in the company. The resignation report will take effect from the date of delivery to the Board of Directors. The company held the tenth meeting of the fifth session of the Board of Directors on May 25, 2026, and approved the "Proposal for Changing Chief Financial Officer", agreeing to appoint Miao Jing as the company's Chief Financial Officer. The term of office will start from the date of approval at this Board of Directors meeting and continue until the expiration of the term of office of the fifth session of the Board of Directors.
