According to the Tianyancha App, recently, Beijing Wenmi Culture Co., Ltd. changed its registration status from active to cancelled. The company was established in December 2016, with Wang Chuan as the legal representative and a registered capital of 35 million US dollars. Its business scope includes organizing cultural and artistic exchange activities, enterprise planning, design, production, agency, and advertising release. It is fully owned by Xiaomi Pictures Hong Kong Co., Ltd.
