Hangzhou has put up for sale two residential land parcels, with a starting total price of approximately 23.1 billion yuan.

On May 22nd, the Hangzhou Urban Planning and Natural Resources Bureau issued a public announcement for the auction of state-owned construction land use rights in Hangzhou. Two plots of land will be auctioned off with a total starting price of 2.31382 billion yuan, both designated for residential use. The auction is scheduled to take place on June 13th, 2026. The two plots of land being auctioned are located in Xiaoshan District and Yuhang District, and the auction will be conducted through competitive bidding, with the highest bidder determined as the winner.
