China Sky Executive Resigns: General Manager Wang Xinjie Resigns

On May 20th, Zhongtian Jingzhuang announced that the company's board of directors received a written resignation report from Wang Xinjie, the general manager, on May 19th, 2026. Wang Xinjie applied to resign from the position of general manager due to personal career adjustments, and also resigned from all positions assigned by the company in its holding and invested enterprises. After resigning from the above positions, Wang Xinjie will continue to serve as a director of the fifth session of the board of directors, a member of the board nomination committee, and a member of the board strategic development committee. The resignation of his general manager position will take effect from the date of submission to the board of directors. Wang Xinjie will handle the relevant work handover and his resignation will not have any adverse impact on the company's daily operations. The fifth session of the board of directors, at its fourth meeting on May 20th, 2026, resolved that the chairman of the board, Lou Junhu, will temporarily perform the duties of the general manager until the appointment of a new general manager by the board of directors.
