Zhitong Finance APP News, Jointown Pharmaceutical (300966.SZ) announced that Li Minglei, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's shares, plans to reduce his holdings within three months after 15 trading days from the release of the reduction plan. The reduction will be carried out through centralized bidding and/or block trading, with a total reduction of no more than 3% of the company's total share capital, equivalent to 3.42 million shares.
