Chongda Technology: Holding subsidiary Punuo Wei will be transferred to the innovation tier.

Chongda Technology announced on May 20th that the National Equities Exchange and Quotation Co., Ltd. has issued a public notice regarding the release of the decision to transfer Jiangsu Punov Electronic Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the company, to the Innovation Layer in the second batch of the 2026 Innovation Layer program. This decision will take effect on May 21st.
