The General Office of the People's Government of Yunnan Province issued the "Implementation Plan for Strengthening the Construction of Digital Information Superhighway and Promoting the High-Quality Development of the Digital Industry", proposing to promote the extension of the downstream industrial chain of electronic materials. Leveraging the industrial advantages of silicon, germanium, indium, etc., develop new generation of semiconductor wafers, epitaxial growth of light-emitting diodes, semiconductor substrates, indium tin oxide targets, touch screens, liquid crystal display panels, organic light-emitting diode panels and other core components. Leveraging the industrial advantages of copper, aluminum, etc., accelerate the development of electronic circuit copper foils, electronic grade glass fibers, establish printed circuit board production capacity, and introduce artificial intelligence server production projects.
