ST Yifei Announcement: The company has signed a supplemental agreement with an overseas customer for a purchasing order with the original total amount of 26.8116 million US dollars. Due to changes in customer technical requirements, the estimated amount of the supplemental agreement is expected to increase by 15.942 million US dollars, equivalent to approximately 109 million RMB. The customer has agreed to make a payment of 7.2464 million US dollars as a prepayment, and the remaining payments will be made in accordance with the principle of returning excess amounts and making up any shortfalls. The supplemental agreement will be settled based on the actual amount incurred.
