Yunnan: Strive to reach a computing power scale of 20Eflops in the entire province by 2027.

The General Office of the People's Government of Yunnan Province has issued the "Implementation Plan for Strengthening the Construction of Digital Information Superhighway and Promoting the High-Quality Development of the Digital Industry", striving to have the Kunming International Communication Service Bureau play an important enabling role by 2027, with the capacity of the cross-border land cable transmission system reaching 9Tbps and the province's computing power reaching 20Eflops. The annual average growth rate of the output value of the electronic information manufacturing industry of enterprises above designated size is maintained at around 8%, while the annual average growth rates of the main business income of software industry and internet industry enterprises above designated size are maintained at around 15% and 10% respectively, promoting the widespread application of artificial intelligence technology in important industries and key areas. By 2030, the main project of the digital information superhighway will be basically completed, the supply capacity of "Made in Yunnan" electronic information products will be significantly improved, the efficiency of digital technology services will be more prominent, and the economic benefits of the digital information superhighway will be fully realized.
