Zhonghuan New Energy: Subsidiary signs cooperation agreement with Suzhou Heimian to jointly develop perovskite/crystalline silicon tandem solar cell technology for space applications.

Announcement of Zhonghuan New Energy: On May 19, 2026, Suzhou Heimian Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. and the indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of our company, Zhonghuan Low Carbon New Energy Group Co., Ltd., have reached a cooperation agreement. According to this agreement, the contracting parties intend to jointly develop perovskite/crystalline silicon tandem photovoltaic cell technology for space applications through cooperation with Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Based on the principles of equality, mutual benefit, and good faith, the contracting parties intend to establish a joint venture company as the carrier of this project to promote the technological research and development, pilot verification, and subsequent industrialization of space photovoltaic products.
