("Yongxin Jinggong"); the company plans to invest no more than 700 million yuan in Yongxin Jinggong with a pre-investment valuation of no more than 7 billion yuan, and to subscribe for a cash increase of 250 million yuan, to acquire 26.3158% equity of Yongxin Jinggong after the increase; after the aforementioned equity transfer and capital increase, the company will hold a total of 51% equity of Yongxin Jinggong. After the completion of this transaction, the company will become the controlling shareholder of Yongxin Jinggong.
