On May 19th, according to the official WeChat account of "Qingfeng Gonghang", Wang Jingui, former Party Secretary and President of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China's Liaoyang Branch, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and laws. He is currently under investigation by the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Industrial and Commercial Bank's Liaoning Provincial Branch and the Supervision Committee of Nanfen District, Benxi City.
