The May survey of fund managers by Bank of America in the United States showed that 62% of investors believe that the yield on US 30-year Treasury bonds will rise to over 6%. The survey results are based on the assumption of significant volatility in yields over the next 12 months; 20% of respondents believe that yields will fall below 4%. The April survey did not mention expectations for the yield on 30-year US bonds.
