Hong Kong Stock Exchange: Disciplinary action taken against former director of China Metal Resources Limited

The Hong Kong Stock Exchange issued a statement declaring the directorial unsuitability of former executive director Wong Wai Ping of China Metal Resources Limited and condemning her actions. The Stock Exchange's Listing Division is investigating whether Wong Wai Ping has fulfilled her duties as a director according to the Listing Rules. As part of the investigation, the Listing Division sent inquiry letters and reminders to Wong Wai Ping. Wong Wai Ping was aware at the time that the Listing Division was conducting an investigation, but did not respond to their queries.
