Trinity Group: Appoint Wen Bo as Acting Chairman.

On May 17th, Sany Group announced that, according to the group's rotating chairman system, the board of directors has decided that Wang Wenbo will serve as the chairman of the group from May 16, 2026 to May 15, 2027.
