The State Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters has launched a Level IV emergency response for flood control in Hubei and Chongqing.

According to the Ministry of Emergency Management, the National Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters has initiated a Level IV emergency response for flood control in Hubei and Chongqing, and will continue to maintain a Level IV emergency response for flood control in Guangdong and Guizhou.
