Hailide announced that the 2025 annual equity distribution plan was approved by the shareholders' meeting on May 11, 2026. Based on 1.155 billion shares, 2 yuan cash will be distributed to all shareholders for every 10 shares, totaling 231 million yuan. No bonus shares will be issued, and no capital reserve will be converted into share capital. The record date for equity registration is May 20, 2026, and the ex-rights and ex-dividend date is May 21. Cash dividends for A-share shareholders entrusted to be distributed by China Securities Shenzhen Branch will be credited on May 21, and some cash dividends will be distributed by the company itself.
