China Mobile's Qiu Baohua: Will invest billions in Token ecosystem resources in the next 3-5 years.

At the 2026 Mobile Cloud Conference, Qiu Baohua, General Manager of the Market Operations Department of China Mobile, stated that in the future, China Mobile will carry out four major actions around the construction of a Token operation system, namely Token aggregation action, platform foundation action, consumption activation action, and value win-win action. In the near future, China Mobile will focus on large-scale model deep cooperation, create a high-quality Token supply matrix, and focus on three main paths: first, directly access the closed-source model, enrich the model supply quickly by connecting with industry leaders, and meet the diverse needs of users; second, self-deploy open-source models, rely on self-owned computing power deployment, optimize open-source models, and strengthen the self-controlled model supply capability; third, co-build high-quality models, jointly deploy high-quality closed-source models with manufacturers, deeply adapt to customized product requirements, and solidify the core capabilities of efficient Token production. In the next 3-5 years, China Mobile will invest in a billion-level Token ecosystem resources, build a trillion-level computing infrastructure, and work together to create a trillion-level AI industry value.
