On May 8th, Hainan Xingju Jiayuan Real Estate Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Xingjingweiwu Group, successfully bid for Lot HT08-09-02 in Haitang Bay National Coastal Leisure Park in Sanya for 680 million RMB. The land covers an area of approximately 111 acres and will serve as the core construction site for the Xingjingweiwu Sanya Sports Resort and Leisure Area project. The project is expected to have a total investment of 1.4 billion RMB, and will include the construction of e-sports venues, basketball courts, rock climbing facilities, and a variety of sports clusters such as paddle tennis and pickleball.
