Nanjing semiconductor company Changjing Technology completes IPO counseling

Recently, the official website of the China Securities Regulatory Commission's IPO counseling disclosure system showed that Jiangsu Changjing Technology Co., Ltd. and its counseling securities firm, Huatai United Securities, have submitted a "Completion Report of Counseling Work" to the Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau. The company officially submitted the counseling filing on January 15, 2026. Public information shows that Changjing Technology was established in November 2018 and its main business is the research, production, and sales of semiconductor products.
