On the 8th, the National Development and Reform Commission released the "China Business Environment Development Report." The report fully demonstrates China's confidence and determination to continuously optimize the business environment. Based on summarizing past work and aligning with the requirements of the "Fifteen-Year Plan," the report proposes to continue to build a more dynamic market environment, a fair and just legal environment, a more attractive trade and investment environment, and a high-quality and efficient government service environment, demonstrating China's firm determination to push forward reforms in various aspects of the business environment. In the next step, the National Development and Reform Commission will deeply implement the decision-making arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council regarding optimizing the business environment, focus on the concerns of businesses, eliminate barriers and shortcomings, consolidate and expand advantages, actively create a first-class business environment characterized by marketization, legalization, and internationalization, and provide a broad space and solid guarantee for various business entities to invest and operate.
