117 stocks in A-shares have doubled in price since the beginning of this year.
Since the beginning of this year, the A-share market has shown overall volatility and strength, with significant structural characteristics and impressive performance in the growth sector. The Shanghai Composite Index surpassed 4100 points, and the ChiNext Index hit a new high in April in nearly 11 years, with the Shanghai Composite Index, Shenzhen Component Index, and ChiNext Index rising by 3.61%, 11.7%, and 14.8%, respectively. At the industry level, the leading sectors are communications, comprehensive, and electronics. Individual stocks have performed well, with data showing that 2809 A-shares have risen since the beginning of the year, accounting for over half, with 422 stocks having cumulative gains of over 50% and 117 stocks having gains of over 100%. Among them, Litong Electronics had the highest increase, with its stock price rising by 441.88% since the beginning of the year, and its total market value increasing from 6.92 billion yuan to 37.882 billion yuan, with 15 trading limit occurrences. Excluding new stocks listed since the beginning of the year, as of April 30th, the top ten performing stocks in terms of increase this year are Litong Electronics, Hongjing Technology, Huasheng Chang, Minbao Optical, Lingwei Technology, Hangde Electric, Huadian Liaoning Energy, Jingtou Development, Huata Gas, and Meinor Hua, all with cumulative gains of over 220%.
