According to three sources quoted by the Financial Times on Wednesday, Jeff Bezos' space company Blue Origin has created a new stock plan for employees in an effort to appease discontent and make incentive measures more competitive in the competition with rival SpaceX. The report states that the rocket manufacturer introduced a revised incentive plan to employees last week, following widespread dissatisfaction with the original plan. It is reported that options from the previous plan began to expire this year, but employees did not receive any benefits from this.
