According to data released by Shenzhen Zhongyuan Real Estate today, during the May Day holiday, a total of 396 sets of first-hand and second-hand residential properties were sold in Shenzhen. Among them, 275 sets of new properties were signed, an increase of 45.5% year-on-year; 121 sets of second-hand properties were sold, an increase of 80.6% year-on-year. Shenzhen Zhongyuan pointed out that after Shenzhen issued real estate policies, the willingness of buyers to enter the market has significantly increased. During the May Day period, the daily average number of viewings at its second-hand stores remained high, demand quickly soared, and the market significantly heated up.
