The United States ITC issues a final ruling on Part 337 regarding active cables and their components.

On April 30th, the U.S. International Trade Commission announced that it had made a final ruling on a section 337 investigation on certain active cables and their components. It decided not to review the initial ruling made by the administrative law judge on April 14, 2026, based on a settlement, and terminated the investigation on the named defendants, U.S. Molex and Ireland's TE Connectivity. The investigation in this case has been completely terminated.
