The internet information department has urged website platforms to conduct thorough self-examination and self-correction, and more than 98,000 non-compliant accounts have been dealt with according to law and regulations. TikTok accounts such as "" and "", Kwai accounts such as "" and "", and Bilibili accounts such as "" have released information related to public policies in agriculture, rural development, education, and elderly care without labeling the sources, making it difficult for the public to obtain accurate and complete authoritative information, which may lead to misunderstandings of policies based on fragmented content. The relevant accounts have been dealt with according to law and regulations. 3. TikTok accounts such as "" and "", Kwai accounts such as "1" and "", Weibo accounts such as "", and Bilibili accounts such as "" have used artificial intelligence technology to create and publish videos such as golden retrievers carrying babies, gorillas protecting their young from crocodiles, tigers and orange cats driving home together, cats playing games wearing glasses after getting dizzy, and Shiba Inus cooking as a master chef, without adding AI generation labels, easily misleading internet users who are unfamiliar with AI, making it difficult to distinguish between virtual and real boundaries. The relevant accounts have been dealt with according to law and regulations. 4. TikTok accounts such as "" and "", Kwai accounts such as "", WeChat video accounts such as "", and Bilibili accounts such as "" have used staged plots and fictional scenarios to publish content such as delivery drivers facing discrimination, conflicts between mother-in-laws and daughters-in-law, intergenerational conflicts, unsupervised minors, and vilification of rural areas, without labeling fictional interpretation tags, seizing the opportunity to gain traffic by exaggerating negative narratives and provoking group opposition. The relevant accounts have been dealt with according to law and regulations. The internet information department will guide website platforms to comprehensively standardize the labeling of short video content, optimize labeling functions, and make labeling a necessary step in the process of releasing short videos. It reminds "self-media" creators to enhance their awareness of labeling information sources in the process of creating and releasing content, voluntarily and properly labeling according to requirements, ensuring the release of accurate and complete information, and building and sharing a trustworthy online environment.
