The General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the comprehensive department of the National Bureau of Statistics have issued a notice on the joint implementation of the "Modular Resonance" action plan for 2026. The notice is targeted at industries such as steel, petrochemicals, non-ferrous metals, building materials, industrial machinery, automotive, medical equipment, power equipment, ships, aerospace, home furnishings, pharmaceuticals, bio-manufacturing, classical industries, electronic components, consumer electronics, new displays, software, information and communication, and network security. Through this action, it aims to promote the development of a number of artificial intelligence application scenarios with high promotion value and strong technical feasibility, tackle the development of industry models, specialized models, and unique intelligent bodies containing technology mechanisms in the field of industry and information technology, construct high-quality datasets for industry common understanding and specialized understanding, cultivate joint attack teams, optimize talent, standards, and other industrial supporting ecosystems.
