Green Power Announcement: On April 27, 2026, the company signed a "Deepening Cooperation Framework Agreement" and its supplementary agreement with Alibaba's fly cloud computing technology limited company. Both parties will deepen cooperation in the field of intelligent solid waste power plants, providing intelligent services for other power plants under Party A. At the same time, they will jointly develop intelligent treatment of garbage cranes, fly ash, leachate, as well as advanced technologies such as intelligent detection of diverse solid wastes. This agreement will be valid for a period of 5 years from the effective date.
