Omie Medical disclosed its annual report on April 27th, achieving operating income of 3.672 billion yuan in 2025, a year-on-year increase of 10.38%; net profit attributable to shareholders was 249 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 32.49%; and basic earnings per share were 0.4022 yuan. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 1.46 yuan for every 10 shares. The decline in profit was mainly due to the company's joint venture Sichuan Zhenghexiang Health Pharmacy Chain Co., Ltd. reporting losses for the first time in 2025. Based on the current operating conditions of Zhenghexiang, the company's management preliminarily judged that there were signs of impairment of this long-term equity investment. In accordance with the principle of prudence, the company made an impairment provision of 259 million yuan for the above-mentioned long-term equity investment, which, after considering the impact of deferred income tax, resulted in a negative impact of 220 million yuan on net profit attributable to the company's shareholders, significantly affecting the net profit attributable to shareholders for the year 2025.
