Consumers should establish correct food consumption concepts, such as ordering according to needs, reasonable food combinations, packing leftovers, and abandoning outdated notions of showing off or being extravagant. When dining out, actively choose restaurants that offer "small portion" or "half portion" dishes to reduce unnecessary food waste; when ordering food online, order moderately to avoid excessive stockpiling of food due to promotions. When purchasing food for the family, buy according to needs and store food properly to reduce waste caused by improper storage. Restaurant operators should also take the initiative to take responsibility, posting anti-food waste signs prominently to guide consumers to consume rationally. When traveling during holidays, plan routes and accommodations reasonably, learn about reservation and crowd control measures at tourist attractions in advance, and try to travel at off-peak times. When staying in hotels, encourage reducing the use of disposable toiletries and slippers, bring your own toiletry bag for hygiene and environmental protection; after outdoor camping or picnicking, clean up and take away all garbage conscientiously to protect the natural ecological environment. During tourist shopping, maintain rational judgment, avoid blindly chasing popular "local specialties" or "limited edition" products, and avoid impulse buying leading to wasteful idle items.
