Recently, the Henan Communist Party Committee and the Henan Provincial People's Government issued the "Henan Province Accelerating the Construction of an Agricultural Strong Province Plan". This plan aims to create a high-altitude innovative area for agricultural machinery and equipment. It involves the construction of a national agricultural machinery and equipment innovation center, the promotion of comprehensive testing services for agricultural machinery and equipment, and the construction of the Henan Agricultural Machinery Cloud Platform. The plan also includes initiatives to strengthen the research and application of large-scale high-end intelligent agricultural machinery, small machinery suitable for hilly and mountainous areas, and key components of agricultural machinery. It involves the development of new energy agricultural machinery, unmanned driving machinery, agricultural robots, among others. The plan also includes the implementation of subsidies for the purchase and application of agricultural machinery, as well as the promotion of the replacement of old agricultural machinery. The plan aims to deepen the integration of agricultural machinery and agronomy, and to promote the seamless connection of research and development, manufacturing, maturity and promotion of agricultural machinery and equipment, to achieve full coverage of high-performance agricultural machinery and equipment applications in the entire agricultural production chain.
