We request State Grid Corporation of China to work with relevant parties to carefully organize and implement inter-provincial electricity spot trading in accordance with the revised rules, effectively promoting the allocation of resources and the mutual assistance between surplus and shortage in a larger scope through inter-provincial spot trading.
