The collective listing of networked taxis in Hong Kong seeks to break the deadlock, T3 Travel submits its application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange
On April 22, Nanjing Lingxing Technology Co., Ltd. officially submitted an application for listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. T3 Travel is the fourth online car-hailing company following Ruqi Travel, Caocao Travel, and Enjoy Travel to land on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange or submit a listing application, with hopes of entering the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Market analysts believe that the current slowdown in the domestic online car-hailing market and the challenge of profitability highlight the importance of the relaxed listing threshold and financing environment of Hong Kong stocks as a key lever for online car-hailing companies to relieve financial pressure and seek breakthrough in development. However, in the context of a slowdown in industry growth, companies still need to find more growth points for long-term development.
