According to the Qichacha app, in recent days, Zhongnengjian Green Shipping Investment Development Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 30 million yuan. Its business scope includes: concentrated fast charging stations; battery leasing; charging control equipment leasing; battery sales; energy storage technology services; and sales of water transportation equipment. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by China Energy Construction Group's fully-owned subsidiary China Energy Construction Group East China Construction Investment Co., Ltd.
