On April 22nd, Suzhou issued a residential land in Wujiang Dong Taihu Resort Area. The land has an area of 65,833 square meters and a planned construction area of 78,999.6 square meters. The starting price was 1.066 billion yuan, with a starting floor price of 13,500 yuan per square meter. In the end, Suzhou Wujiang Xincheng Capital Management Co., Ltd. successfully bid for the land at the base price of 1.066 billion yuan.
