According to data from the shipping intelligence platform Kpler, the export volume of fuel used for aviation and related industries in the Gulf region decreased by 79% in March, falling from an average of 605,000 barrels per day last year to 127,000 barrels per day. Before the conflict erupted, Gulf countries accounted for 32% of the global supply of aviation fuel. However, in March, the region's supply dropped to 8.2%, and in April, it plummeted to just 3.7%.
