On April 22, the Shanghai Pudong People's Court recently issued a first-instance judgment on the unfair competition case of "Tea Xiaokai" large bottle unsweetened tea filed by Guozi Shule. The court confirmed that the packaging decoration of the "Tea Xiaokai large bottle unsweetened tea" produced and sold by the defendant is highly similar to the overall visual effect of the Guozi Shule product, enough to cause consumer confusion and constitute unfair competition. In addition, in the past half year, Guozi Shule has also sued brands such as One Unsweetened Tea and Guozi Fei Mao for infringement of bottle body and label design, and has also won the case.
