According to reports from Jiangxi, on April 21st, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Yin Hong, met with the Head of Lapland Region in Finland, Hannu Takula, and together witnessed the signing of the agreement to establish international friendly relations between Jiangxi Province and Lapland Region in Finland.
