According to sources familiar with the matter, the company, codenamed "Project Prometheus," is set to complete a round of financing that values it at $380 billion, including new funds. These sources added that the deal will make the company one of the most well-funded early-stage startups globally. The transaction includes the $6.2 billion in initial funding raised in November last year, but has been expanded due to high demand. Bezos is one of the initial investors. Prometheus, BlackRock, and JPMorgan Chase all declined to comment.
