Hainan province plans to allow the extraction of housing provident funds to pay for property management fees.

According to Hainan Daily, on April 20, the Hainan Provincial Housing Provident Fund Management Bureau announced on its official website the "Notice of the Hainan Provincial Housing Provident Fund Management Bureau on the Administration of Property Fee Extraction Housing Provident Fund Business," proposing to carry out the business of extracting property fees from the housing provident fund. From April 20 to May 20, public opinions will be solicited from the public. The draft proposes that the conditions for extraction of this business are that the deposited person's family in the province does not have any outstanding housing provident fund loans or subsidized loans, and they can apply for extraction of housing provident fund once a year to pay for the property fees of a self-occupied house owned by the family in Hainan Province.
