Notice from the General Office of the People's Government of Shanghai Municipality on the issuance of the "Implementation Plan for National Digital Economy Innovation and Development Experimental Zone". It pointed out the cultivation of industrial carriers with gradient layout. Around the industries of data, blockchain, artificial intelligence, etc., it will collaboratively build a leading innovative digital industry cluster in the Yangtze River Delta, and create several regional pillar-type and characteristic digital industry clusters. It supports Pudong New Area in focusing on the pioneering and trial of basic data systems, Xuhui District in focusing on the synergy of blockchain and AI technologies, Yangpu District in focusing on empowering platform enterprises with data applications, Putuo District in focusing on the linkage of data industries along the Shanghai-Ningbo route, and implementing the pilot construction tasks of national data industry agglomeration zones. It also supports Huangpu District, Jing'an District, Changning District, Baoshan District, Minhang District, Jiading District, etc. in promoting the development of characteristic data industry clusters.
