Air Liquide Group has started the construction of a new air separation unit in Huizhou, and is expected to start production next year.

On April 21, Air Liquide Group held a groundbreaking ceremony for a new air separation unit in Huizhou, Guangdong province. The unit is expected to start production in 2027, adding 800 tons of daily supply of liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, and liquid argon to the Pearl River Delta market on top of the existing local capacity of the Group. The new air separation unit is located in the Huizhou New Materials Industrial Park and will produce high-purity liquids to meet the strict requirements of semiconductor and advanced manufacturing customers, as well as serving the petrochemical and medical industries.
