According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Shanghai Xiangfenghua Innovative Materials Co., Ltd. was established, with business scope including: manufacturing of graphite and carbon products; sales of graphite and carbon products; sales of graphene materials; research and development of new materials technology; sales of non-metallic minerals and products. According to the equity penetration displayed by Qichacha, the company is wholly owned by Xiangfenghua.
